2. Payment is required upon order placement.

4. Delivery is available within a 5-mile radius. Additional charges may apply for deliveries beyond this range.

5. We are not responsible for any damage or accidents that may occur after the cake has been delivered or picked up.

6. Cakes may contain allergens, and it is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any specific dietary restrictions or allergies.
